Excellent product! Good quality wood and the figure is easily moved and manipulated into poses. I personally have used them to make mock-up stopmotion figures and had no issues whatsoever. They stand sturdy. They also are great to use as a reference for sketching. Good for the price and I recommend!

Nicely made well finished and good price

All seems fine, as described, apart from the fact description says all joints are poseable. This is true except for the hip joints which are glued on both models in a fixed position so the thighs can only go a small amount forward or backward, not at all to the sides. So for example models cannot crouch, squat or do most ballet or superhero type poses. Fine if you only want to draw them standing like a soldier. However I wanted them for figure drawing practice so there isn’t much I’ll be able to use these for. Not great considering the price of them as they aren't particularly cheap.

Bought it a few days ago for my 8 and 10 year old granddaughters. They haven't used it yet but I'm sure they will do soon as they do a lot of drawings of people. This will help with preparations

They arrived today, earlier than expected, and whats good is they are male and female even if the box says both are male, or I assume the difference in the photo provided means they are opposite sex. The male is faulty with the ring screw not central in the lower part of torso and doesn't stay in so precarious when using and they are both very stiff but then they won't move when using them. they are put together rather oddly and the head of female was back to front etc but carefully sorted. I can't be bothered with hassle of returning him or them.

I bought this mannequin for a seven year old grandchild who is getting into sketching. Initially after unwrapping it she was underwhelmed, but once she discovered what is was for and how it could be manoeuvred into different positions, she was delighted. I think with time it will take her to another level with her drawing skills.

Good item and good price. Sturdy and does what it should. Joint movability is a little stiff to move out, but hopefully this will loosen up with wear. Was delivered promptly and well packed. Can't fault the seller.

Questa coppia di manichini è davvero ben fatta, di legno ben levigato, ma non lucido. L'altezza di 30 cm la trovo l'ideale: i manichini di più piccole dimensioni mi danno l'idea di essere fragili e non ben rifiniti, mentre quelli più grandi li trovo ingombranti. La differenza tra il maschio e la femmina è data dal torace (più sottile a "V" e con la linea alta del seno nella femmina) e dall'altezza leggermente superiore del maschio. Il piedistallo è pesante abbastanza per tenerli in equilibrio anche quando il baricentro è molto sbilanciato. Se devo trovare un difetto è che sono leggermente duri da muovere, tuttavia si ottengono con facilità molteplici pose (come si può vedere dal book fotografico che allego) e danno l'idea di essere solidi e robusti. Altro difetto - ma comune a tutti i manichini di legno visti sul mercato - è che le giunture delle anche sono fisse e non mobili come quelle delle spalle. Questo impedisce di aprire lateralmente le cosce (ma non le gambe che invece si muovono di lato) e non consente di assumere alcune pose (es. la posizione del loto non è fattibile). Per concludere, lo trovo un ottimo prodotto ad un prezzo conveniente, utile come reference per il disegno e come decorazione.

Bij het openmaken van de doos, viel er een compleet been los uit. Deze heb ik geprobeerd in de dummy te drukken maar bleef er constant uitvallen. Uiteindelijk heb ik het been met houtlijm moeten lijmen en 24 laten drogen. De ‘springveren’ in de dummy zijn stroef waardoor je niet gemakkelijk de juiste houding kunt vormen. De inwendige veer (veren) trekt de gewenste houding dan weer uit z’n positie. Ben beetje teleurgesteld in de kwaliteit van de dummy.
