WorkoutLabs Exercise Cards: Bodyweight – Home Workout Cards

Love these cards. For a newbie home workout person like me, I'm able to constantly change up my (little, slow) workout and not get bored. I love that this is the way I can track my own workout design from day to day. The cards are clear and easy to read, with clear enough instructions. My only critique would be that they don't always tell you when to inhale and exhale (yes, I need instructions lol, true) - but, of course, this becomes obvious when you start doing the exercise - exhale on the effort, I believe ! Big love for these. Next step: ripped, from home.

easy to use cards, very helpful

These workout cards are outstanding. First it came in a very neat box and I was surprised on how thick the box was. When I took out the cards I was amazed on how neat it was and it was is really handy as you could carry it anywhere you want such as the gym and you can just chuck it into you bag and off you go. It uses colours to tell you which part of the body it works out and the flame in the bottom left corner tells you how intense the exercise is along with a number to tell you which card is first and the order of the rest of the cards. It also has little jokes every now and then like 'try not to push the wall down' and stuff like that. At the front of the card it has how to do the exercise in a couple of words with a picture and at the back of the card it has more information in more detail. If it came with a stopwatch it would match the price more as some of the exercises require timing which is the only downfall on this cool set of cards. It also has a manual and some words to get you going like when you open the box the first words you see is 'you've got this!' which is nice. Great set of cards. Definitely recommended. A must buy product.

I wanted something I could do at home in my day off and weekend, and these really have hit the spot. Iv done this workout pictured 2 days in a row and my glutes hurt.They are easy to take away with you. I'm tempted to get the yoga ones to help me on my days I just want a light workout or to help streach out my muscles.They are informative and they tell you what each muscle group is how long to do each excercise and break in between. Also the little ways you can tweek it by doing more sets and shorter rest time etc.. I'm hoping this well help get my body to where I want it to be.

These are perfect for what I need, I want to work out at home and away as I work away alot but find it difficult to find what I want online and I don't have fancy equipment. The cards are really easy to follow from beginner to advanced, the instructions are very clear and absolutely perfect for what I wanted. The only disappointment is the supporting apps are only available on IOS and I have android but they are not essential just an added extra. I still highly recommend them.

These arrived today and I haven’t used them yet but they are exactly what I wanted. The box is sturdy and when I took the lid off the message on the inside was a nice touch.Clear illustrations and instructions with cards matching each body section and suggestions for workouts.This really is a clever idea.

I finally used these cards this week and I enjoyed flipping through them. The design is good, the feel of the material is solid, and most importantly, they are informative and useful (provided that you actually use them). I liked how the cards were split into lower body, upper body, core/abs, full-body, and "Intensity" (presumably good for HIIT". This meant that when I was selecting the exercises I was going to do, I was able to mix it up and ensure I was targeting all muscle groups. Each section also has an indication for difficulty (levels 1-3). If you are comfortable and experienced working out, level 1 seems a bit easy, to be honest, but the exercises suggested in levels 2 and 3 were good and some of them I had never heard of before. One of my complaints about this product are the cards that require you to use water bottles. I basically removed all of these from the deck and put them at the back of the box. First, these type of exercises aren't really weight-free, so not 100% what I was looking for. Also, these are probably only really effective if you are using two identical water bottles filled with the same amount of water. And even then, the weights just won't be that much. Better off going to the gym and using real weights -- unless of course, you are a beginner, then the water stuff might work. All in all, I can recommend these cards, especially for someone who just needs some ideas on how to mix up their routine.
