didn't take long for me to use some of these. in combination with some large fender washers i used these to nail down some hardware cloth over my fern beds to keep squirrels from digging up the insulating straw. also used them with the fender washers to anchor tarps - they came in very handy.

We do all of our landscaping ourselves, and this item has been instrumental in holding down the landscaping side piece. They are amazing.

The nails are heavy duty. I’m using them on a railroad tie retainer wall and these will help hold the ties in place. The only issue I found was the looked bright and shiny in the add. These are coated with some rust preventative oil which makes them more black. That won’t affect how I use them. Strongly recommended these.

My metallic edging came with flat wedges that were hammered into the ground. Over time, these wedges bent leaving my edging flat or tilted to the ground. I replaced all the flat wedges with these long spikes. So far they have been holding up the edging well. I wish they were galvanized because after a few weeks they began rusting.

I created a rack for storing photo backdrops on 3 inch cylinders. These landscape stakes were the perfect size, drilled into the wood at a 10° angle to keep the cylinders from rolling off. Only downside was having to clean the gunk off the stakes which is there as part of the protection for using these in soil.

I used these for paver edging and they work great. I didn't have quite enough and ended up using a few plastic stakes. Boy what a difference ... the plastic stakes just don't work as well. I will definitely use these for my next paver project! I'm not concerned about rust since that just helps them hold into the ground better!
