I have had IBS for years, but recently had TREMENDOUS stress and my stomach was so bad every single day and in so much pain I thought I had developed an ulcer. This particular brand of supplements is one I have used before with other supplements, and it was extremely cost effective, so I gave it a shot and WOW!!! COATED PEPPERMINT WORKS! I take it twice a day, at least 45-60 mins before I eat (bottle says 30, but I found more time to be better), and my symptoms are 75% better. That doesn't sound like much, but it feels like a LOT. Plus, NO SIDE EFFECTS except the occasional peppermint flavored burp. I actually felt a cooling sensation in my gut after taking it. You never actually taste the peppermint, as coated peppermint doesn't open in your stomach.....it is coated so that it opens in your intestines instead, which is better for soothing spasms and calming the gut. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. MUST BUY.

Relieves my abdominal cramping from IBS wthin 2 hrs if taken correctly on empty stomach. The coating prevents it from releasing in the stomach and causing heartburn.
