The different sizes were amazing
These finger supports are actually really good , my little boy managed to bruise his thumb nail so any tap or bang around the thumb brought him to tears , I brought these without holding much hope that they would work , I popped one on him and victory for mum ! They worked and not one single outburst of crying today , he can play his Xbox again 🤣 and apparently I am now the best mum in the universe so for this I give this product 5star review it saved us years and tantrums

From an Ex Fracture Clinic Nurse = Perfect!
I managed to get my fingers caught up in my dogs lead when she lunged to get to my daughter... Having worked in a fracture clinic as a nurse for 10 years I knew I had done something to my middle finger by the way it swelled up & bruised. I figured I'd strained the ligaments & so didn't go to A&E & just buddy strapped it to my ring finger, but I soon realised that it was my DIP joint {Distal {furthest away} InterPhalangeal joint {joint in between the bones of the finger}} I had damaged & that buddy strapping wasn't going to help it because that doesn't actually provide any support to the DIP joint... The pictures with the arrows point to areas of tenderness. So I knew I needed a mallet splint to rest my DIP joint & allow it to heal ~ I also spoke to an orthopaedic consultant friend & he looked at my finger & reckons that the tendon has pulled off a piece of bone {see picture of the lump on my finger ~ this is where the piece of bone has been pulled off & bony healing is taking place}. I will need to immobilise my DIP joint for 4 weeks to allow it to heal. The good thing about a splint like this for an injury to the distal part of your finger is that it keeps that section of finger immobilised but allows you to keep the rest of your finger moving ~ which prevents stiffness in unaffected joints & helps you shift swelling by being able to exercise the rest of the finger. I ordered this set as it would come next day, was a good price & offered 4 sizes. The sizes are a 1 {smallest}, 2, 4 & 5 ~ I actually think a size 3 would be ideal for my middle finger but a 4 is ok while it's still quite swollen. What I don't like about these are the velcro straps that they come with as I do not feel they hold them onto the finger securely enough, so I removed all of it. I tape twice round one section that is above the PIP joint {Proximal {closest} InterPhalangeal joint {joint in between the bones of the finger}} to allow that joint to still bend ~ see picture ~ making sure the tape is not to tight ~ zinc oxide is the best tape to use as there is no stretch to it. Note: I've seen a couple of videos that show taping that goes right over the PIP joint & right up to the bottom of the opening of the splint ~ for the injury I have this is unnecessary & would cause more issues with circulation, swelling & interfering with the movement of the PIP joint. If you also need your PIP joint immobilised then a full finger splint, such as the metal ones provided here, or similar, is what you need. Overall this splint does exactly what it is supposed to do x

Good concept, poor product
While the design of the flesh coloured finger cases/splints is nice, the product itself is pretty poor. The main issue with it is the Velcro, the plastic Velcro that sticks to the material Velcro is very short and very weak and will literally fall apart and come away from the material Velcro where it’s stitched to it within a matter of a week. I have a desk job and don’t do anything strenuous while wearing this, yet I’ve now broken 2 of them with the other two being either too small or too big, so now I cannot use them, and in all honesty the metcalic splints look ridiculous and don’t offer anything but tightness vs protection and comfortability. The flesh coloured ones are perfect in look and feel, they just the quality improving a lot

Good product
Broke my thumb quite badly during a Karate session, used one of these until I realised I needed to go to A&E they sent me to the plaster dept. I was told stick with what you’re using it’s better than we can provide. Followed their advice with this product, all is well now thumb 98% healed.

well made but
I needed a cast for a trigger finger condition developed only recently. So I was cluelessabout what to use,I bought many different options .This is well made but I found it too big and " clattering" .It seems more suitable if one has an injury, maybe a broken finger .But ,the lining is soft and the all object seems has good materials.

Finger splints
I've only thing fingers yet they still were too tight, poorly made and very uncomfortable, id advise to purches else where, the plastic was jaggied so dug in, despite having thin fingers these hurt more than the injury, poorly fittings and extremely uncomfortable, Amazon don't deliver next day on most items regardless of paying prime shoking!

Great product
Good, strong splints. Hospital told me they are much better than the ones they use. Just be careful as the metal ones are a little bulky so can easily catch in door handles etc. Do not use them while driving. They will catch in the steering wheel.

Bin begeistert! Für kleines Geld eine Auswahl an Fingerschienen, die festen mit Metall sind weich gefüttert und ideal für die Nacht, tagsüber benutze ich eine Schiene aus Kunststoff. Leicht wechselbar durch die Klettverschlüsse.

Honestly I didn’t expect much from these. The ones they give at urgent care are ATROCIOUS. These are not only far more supportive but also quite comfortable. I tore the tendon in my pinky and it has kept it flat and incapable of moving. I use the plastic one when I shower. Both are great!
