Hello, and thanks for writing.  Our bumper guard for Shark vacuum cleaners will not fit your Kenmore Pop-n-Go vacuum, which I believe is a canister vacuum.

Are the velcro strips that adhere to the vacuum easily removable or are they permanent?

The Velcro strips attach with adhesive and are removable. Any adhesive left behind can be removed with rubbing alcohol.

The bumper guard fits Shark Vacuums with a front width of 10" to 11.5".  Please be sure to measure your vacuum before placing an order.
