About a year ago ago I went looking for a product not too expensive that would help provide at least some pain relief for arthritis. I had tried other organic products to no avail. I had to step up my chiropractic visits to get more help in that area. HOWEVER...after only a few days of using the capsules, I began to notice an enhanced feeling of wellbeing and a gentle energy boost. I am so sensitive to caffeine and caffeine-like products that I was a bit worried that this would give me jitters and insomnia. NOPE. Just that extra feeling of vitality. I would recommend this product, in whatever form, to everyone. The most remarkable thing has been the total absence of colds and respiratory illnesses. That is NEW, as I have been a frequent victim of such ailments all my life. It’s going on a year and this is unprecedented, I have never gone that long without so much as a sniffle! Hopefully I can get thru another winter, and many more, cold free!! ALSO, I am praying that Moringa will protect me from developing COVID-19 symptoms! I have had a close call or two, being in contact with friends who did fall victim to the virus. But with Moringa on my side and commonsense otherwise, I may come thru this pandemic safe and well.

I started taking these for general wellness, and wow—they give me a subtle but noticeable boost in energy. I feel more alert and balanced throughout the day. Lost a star only because the capsules are a little big, but still manageable.

I bought Moringa for the nutritional value but after only a month of taking it, am very surprised by the other health benefits. I take two daily with lunch and for the first time in my 52 years, I no longer have an afternoon slump. The other very noticeable benefit is joint pain relief in my hips and knees. I used to be so stiff and sore in the mornings and now I get out of bed effortlessly and without pain.

I just ordered my second bottle of Moringa and plan on continuing this product as one of my wellness regimes. I've noticed my hair and nails have looked healthier and I've had a better sense of well-being. Before taking this, I was losing too much hair. Since taking this, the hair loss seems to have lessened almost completely. My only caution would be to be careful if you take other supplements that are high in Vitamin A. While taking Moringa, I took another supplement that was high in A and I broke out in a nasty rash that left me with scars on my chest, arms, and thighs. When I researched, this was a symptom of taking too much A. Moringa is already high in A, so please check your other supplements while taking this. (I can't say for sure if this was the reason I got the rash, but after immediately stopping the other supplement, the rash stopped although some of the scarring remained.) Otherwise, this is one supplement that I will continue taking along with a couple other supplements. In fact, I was able to stop taking some of the others because so much of the ingredients are in Moringa. I'm certainly impressed with this company. After I received the product, I received emails from them asking me how I liked it and if I had any questions. I did have a question about some of the nutrients because I didn't want to overdose taking other vitamins. They immediately answered and sent me a detailed list. Therefore, it seems they do care about their customers. I would also recommend buying through this company.
