Jane Parker fruitcake is a Family Tradition
in our home they are bit size and flavorful !!! I like the individually Wrapped slices they are moist and delicious, you don't have to worry about drying out the rest of the fruitcake !!!

Great quality . not gift packaging
I am a big fan of Jane Parker Fruit Cake. Consistent quality . I like the individual wrapped slices. I was disappointed in the packaging. Since I purchased this as a gift, I expected the box to have a large Jane Parker logo. Instead it was a plain white box and I had to hunt for a label that said it was from Jane Parker. They certainly missed a advertising opportunity.

not as tasty as the whole cake
I have been eating Jane Parker Fruitcake for about 60 years and I love it. Since I am the only one in my family that eats fruitcake. I felt that these individually wrapped pieces would be great. Not so much. First of all, the pieces were 1.5 inches by 2 inches and 1/4 inch thick. Secondly, they were very dry, bordering on stale. Thirdly, they were not the rich dark fruitcake that I was used to in previous purchases. I am extremely disappointed. And I have no recourse as they are not returnable.

The Gold Standard for fruit cake
Have been buying my mom a Jane Parker fruit cake each year, but she tended to pick at it with a fork until it was a pile of fruit rubble. The individually wrapped slices solved that. And this is real Jane Parker fruit cake. Those of you who remember A&P Supermarkets remember Jane Parker. This is that. Well worth the cost for anyone who loves fruit cake.
