Very pretty. pages are thin, but have not torn with the coloring yet. The band is nice cause it keeps it closed and the pages from damage. It has a nice area on the side for note taking where there is no picture, and the pictures are all pretty fun! They might be good for helping with verse memorization cause your looking at it for a while coloring it. The book mark is good, but there is only one. Its a reasonable size. The font is very readable.

The cover color is as depicted, nice and bright. The lettering is etched rather than stamped, even on the outer spine (as pictured). Perfect! It has one ribbon page marker of similar color. It has a pretty design when covers closed, a floral print in complementary colors. Beautiful and sturdy cover. They enclosed a nice book mark with tasteful advertising with “Five Questions to ask when you read the Bible” to help get you started with notes. The Bible came nicely wrapped in a fairly sturdy plastic wrap. The print is maybe 10 or 11, not quite sure but a very readable print. I crossed my fingers and bought several of them, the others are as gifts so remain unopened. I’m glad I did! The pages are of reasonable thickness for a Bible, some pages stick which is common for newly purchased Bibles in general. Just be aware and carefully separate them. The drawings have a hand drawn like appearance, which is charming. Some of the lined notation pages you can see the drawings from the next page, while others you can’t. Transparency wise you need about 3 pages between an artist drawing to not see outlines of it. I haven’t actually colored or written in it, but hopefully that gives you an idea. I would be inclined to use pencil and/or color pencil, some of you may know of other options that may work fairly well. Even though I think pen and ink may not be desirable, I’m super pleased with this Bible. It’s beautiful! I intend on buying more of them.

Beautiful Creative Bible. Bought as a gift for my daughter!

I have several Bibles, but not my own KJV. I was for a long time intimidated by it and being able to understand it over the NLV. I ABSOLUTELY Love this Bible. It's so compact that I can put it in my bag and take it with me everywhere. The creative art images gives me the opportunity to meditate on the scriptures as I color the images created for them. There are marginal lines to take notes or create your own art. This is the ultimate Bible for creative minds that learn visually. I plan to get my teenage granddaughter that loves to draw one. I usually get book covers for my Bibles, but this one I want to leave just the way it is because it's so pretty. It's also durable. It is kind of a Victorian style. I can go on and on about it. I can also get lost in it, which compels me to read my Bible more and for longer periods of time. I definitely recommend this Bible to all believers with creative minds that love to draw and Journal.

I give it five stars because it's God's Living Word. The Bible itself is beautiful. I wanted to use it for church but it's a bit heavy for my liking. I like to carry light on Sundays, being I have a toddler. So, it's definitely my new home Bible. I noticed that from the pictures the pages look lighter, but in fact are more of a yellowish color. Another thing I noticed is if you use highlighters or markers, the ink bleeds through and ruins the other side of the page. Definitely use color pencils. Other than that, overall a beautiful Bible. One last thing I may have over looked, Jesus words are not in red. I always enjoy that in a Bible. The entire writing is black.

My new Bible is beautiful and will allow me to study scripture and also let my creativity flow across the pages and images to personalize it to my needs and have some fun. I'm very pleased and thank you so much!

Very beautiful Bible and it has reached me in perfect condition. I love it. The design is very nice, the colour is as vivid as on the picture, it has wide margins for lettering or putting notes down or writing out the favourite verse. There are many illustrations to colour in, but the print of them is not of a very high quality, more of a fading ink. It is nice hard cover, worth the money.
