Fantastic system and Nick from customer support is awesome
We purchased the iSpring RCB3P Reverse Osmosis RO Water Filtration System, 300 GPD system in 2017. Initially there were damaged parts from shipping but the parts were promptly replaced (Nick from customer service is awesome). Our water was high in sodium and this system reduced the TDS from 450 to under 30. Prior to this system I was buying filtered water in 3 and 5 gallon bottles which was running me over $300 a year so this system has paid for itself multiple times. The system has worked flawlessly since 2017. We couldn't be happier with this unit. The frame of the unit is quite hefty and the motor, pressure gauge, and other electronic items appear to be installed well. I will update my review after I am able to test the unit. This unit cost over $500.00 so the initial issues are very disappointing especially since I have no idea how long it will take to get the broken part. 1/16/18 Update I sent iSpring an email via their Contact Us option from their website late at night after posting the above review.. I received an email from one of their representatives (James) the following day. He has been working with me to resolve the broken Inline Carbon Filter connections. He first had to verify my purchase. He is in the process of shipping me the replacement part now. So at this point iSpring customer service has been very responsive implying that they are concerned about the quality of their products and customer satisfaction. I will provide more feedback once I am able to test the unit. 1/21/18 I received the replacement Inline Carbon Filter on Friday 1/19/18. I was disappointed in that the replacement filter was a 1500 gal rated filter and the original filter was a 3000 gal rated filter. I'm upgrading this to 4 stars, if I hadn't had to deal with the connector issues and if I had known that I needed to do all the reducing and expanding of tube connections I would have given this a 5 star. The following information may help prevent some frustration. I believe that ISpring has some quality control issues since the iSpring RCB3P GPD Commercial Grade Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System w/Booster Pump and Oversized Pre RO Filters unit was damaged upon arrival and the iSpring 20 gal storage tank I purchased was also damaged upon arrival. The damage did not alter the functionality of the units they just caused some frustrations. During the test phase of the RO system I found another connector that had been broken during shipping. I didn't find the second broken connector until about 8:30 PM when I opened the water valve to the RO unit. Very inconvienent running to a parts store when they are all closing. I'm not sure why but the design of this RO unit (RCB3P) has an input of 3/8" OD tubing but the tube size is reduced to 1/4" OD tubing through the membrane cartridges and carbon filter. The output lines to the faucet and storage tank is 1/4" OD. The input to the iSpring 20 gal storage tank is 3/8" OD. I wasn't able to find connectors that reduce from 3/8" OD to 1/4" OD and visa versa so I had to spend a lot of time at hardware stores to find parts to do the trick. This is very frustrating and inconvenient for the customer. I will say that once all the issues were fixed the unit appears to be working well. My TDS reading before the unit was 435 and the TDS reading from the RO faucet is 26. I did run the unit for some time before taking the RO TDS reading since I wanted to flush out all the lines. In addition, the storage tank recommends that the tank be flushed after the first filling. Be sure to run the faucet and tank lines into a bucket or drain before connecting them to the house RO line and tank, this flushes out the lines all the carbon from the carbon filter. On the positive side: I installed a sharkbite pressure guage and a sharkbite shutoff valve just before the reduction from my house 1/2" copper line to the 3/8" OD tubing line. My pressure is slightly over 50 psi going into the unit. Our water pressure from an outside faucet typically fills at 5-6 gal per minute. The RO unit produced about a gal of RO water a minute with about a gal of waste water (to get this information I placed the drain hose in a 5 gal bucket and the RO faucet hose in another 5 gal bucket and timed the test). I'm not sure how this unit works without the booster pump but I highly recommend getting the unit with the pump since all the wiring and other electronics are already installed. Don't be alarmed if the pump appears to run for a long time. Once I started filling the tank It took about two hours for the tank to fill and the unit to pressurize enough to turn off the pump (the gauge on the RO unit read about 1 when the unit turned off). When the unit turns off the water coming out of the waste water line will also stop. Our RO water has no smell or taste so I'm not sure why some of the other reviews had those complaints, maybe they didn't flush the lines and tank and some of the flux or other plumbing chemicals got into their tank and now it's hard to get it out. As I did, I suggest placing both RO output water lines (line to the faucet and line to the tank) into a bucket or drain before connecting the lines to the faucet and tank, this will help remove anything in the lines and avoid contaminating your tank. I ran my unit in this configuration for about 20-30 minutes. It's been one day and now that the unit is working my frustration is quickly diminishing. I'll keep my fingers crossed that the design of the unit is a good design. Good Luck.

Great system from an even better company!
I've had my system now for several years running great. A conservative measured estimate says I've likely put about 30,000 gallons through this system (based on metered data averaged for the time I've had the machine) providing 100% of the drinking and cooking water for a large household. I bought it because it was reasonably priced, had a significantly better waste/clean ratio than the majority of systems used in homes today, and its ability to run continuously - where most under-counter systems take 24 hours to refill the small tank and slow to a drip once emptied. I have the unit in my mechanical room where it's plumbed to a Kul drink dispenser upstairs and a standard office-style water dispenser in my bar. I've been very happy with the machine for the reasons above - I bought it because I'm on a metered well (Colorado thing - limited to what your meter is permitted for; not a gallon more and you can't buy more) and I wanted to filter any possible contaminants out. RO systems can remove most any unwanted contaminants from a well, and I know there are some known contaminants here, including the excess minerals from my PH neutralizer. Our water tastes incredible, and I'm very picky. When I go anywhere on city water or unfiltered water, I can't stand the taste - so I tend to take my own anywhere I go. After many years of dutiful duty, I noticed some odd behavior with it running sometimes and not shutting off even after building pressure to where it should (which includes filling and pressurizing a remote tank upstairs). I reached out for some guidance on what to look at replacing to keep it running optimally, since we depend on it so much (not expecting any warranty given the age of the machine). Instead of the typical form letter from a support person who didn't even read the original request - I got a response from Sean where he clearly seemed to understand the issue and was already thinking what may be needed, while asking for some additional details. iSpring and Sean went above and beyond what I could've expected and are sending me the parts I need to make the machine good as new. I have quite a few products from iSpring around the house, including the RO system, storage tank, and spindown filter for my irrigation, and all appear to be top quality and work perfectly. I gladly stand behind any company that stands behind their products. I will continue to recommend their systems to anyone knowing they'll outperform other similar products, and come from an American company with exceptional customer support.

Great unit, worth the money. Bought in 2020 and still going strong with filter replacements.
We have had this unit for going on 6 years. It's pricy but worth the money. We have been changing the filters through the years and the unit still works fantastic. Would definitely buy again. It's not pretty under the sink but its real. We had an outlet for the disposal and I had to make one plug always on. I tee'd in to the sink faucet water for the water in and teed into the garbage disposal for the discharge. I also tee'd before the faucet output to a valve so that I can fill 5 gallon water jugs that I use for all grain brewing. Which is the original purpose for the unit. We usually don't pull more than 100 gallons including the brew water in a day, but the filters last longer and with the pump on demand I don't have the need for a pressure tank and it works fantastic.

Very good price affordable shipping arrived quickly comes with booster pump has a pressure gauge water quality appears very good not really a whole house filter RO system more like a really big fountain setup install manual was all but useless, was generic & for smaller system you need to add a pressure tank all hook ups and fittings were 1/4 inch plastic making it difficult to adapt to household plumping 1/4 inch lines restrict water flow I have a farm with a well, water is good except I have about 2500 ppm dissolved solids and need a RO system to remove them. I managed to adapt this to provide water to kitchen and hot water. I added a large pressure tank and a booster pump. The RO put out about 34psi on its own, not enough to have a decent shower, as flow drops. I added a 20gal pressure tank to act as a reservoir. and a booster pump. The dissolved solids is a fancy was of saying salt. This was corroding the plumping pipes and fixtures. It was also destroying hot water tanks.

Good overall. Some cavets: the instruction manual lacks details and can be confusing. The power plus is US/China standard (two parallel strips) and I had to buy an international power board to plug it in.

I originally purchased this filter with the intention of installing it on my basement, bue due to the amount of piping that I would need, I ended up just installing it under the sink. It took me some time to install it due to the feed water adapter it comes with. a 1/2 threaded fitting which doesn't fit my sink installation. The instructions that came with the box (very old and badly translated instructions) didn't help, and the online video said that you can't go wrong with a JG fitting in the case of 3/8 threaded piping. The JG fitting didn't worked since it fed to a 1/4 tubbing which is good for other products, but not for this one. What worked on my case was to get the iSpring AFW43 adapter and at the same time I went ahead and purchased the water line to the fridge. You need quite a lot of plumbers (teflon) tape to avoid any leaks in all the connections. Once you do that is leak free and the water you get is really pure. I am on a well, so I installed a big blue filter at POE, but even then at the beggining of spring and I guess due to the ice melting, my shallow well was at 1300 ppm, even after the POE filtration. My RO water have been between 40 and 140 ppm. since then. Just so you know the bottled "spring" water I was buying from costco was at 300 ppm, so I am happy with the results, and the taste is amazing!

This is a very compact filtrate system which fits neatly under the sink. Please note for customer service you have to call a US telephone number and deal with time difference of -5 hours.
