RECCOMENDED BY pro repair shop
Man, I love this stuff! I recently used the Chip Quik Flux to repair a circuit board, and it worked flawlessly. The application is super easy, thanks to the included needle tips, which allow for precise placement without any mess. If you’ve ever struggled with applying flux cleanly, this setup makes a huge difference. It flows well, spreads evenly, and makes soldering a breeze. Seriously u gotta try it!What really sold me on this product was the recommendation from a professional repair shop northbridgfx—and now I see why. The flux activates quickly, helping the solder bond smoothly while preventing oxidation. Whether you’re working on tiny SMD components or larger joints, this stuff just gets the job done. It also cleans up easily with isopropyl alcohol, leaving no sticky residue behind. If you’re into electronics repair, this is a must-have in your toolkit. Just be sure to store it properly to prevent it from drying out, and you’re good to go

Perfect flux at an amazing price
Works great for everything, even bga soldering. It doesn't get too smokey, doesn't smell horrendous, and doesn't become super hard and sticky when burned/heated. It has a nice viscosity, it isn't runny, nor is it too sticky. Cleaning it up is also super easy with isopropyl alcohol. For a flux this quality and this price, you can't go wrong. Great value. It also comes with two tips, one being thinner to apply a more controlled amount.

Essential to my process now.
Don't know how I was soldering without flux. Badly probably. Inexpensive, flows nice, and easy to apply with the included tips. This flux is extremely helpful, and virtually no cleaning is necessary. The fumes do smell, which is as expected since some types of flux are not safe to inhale so keep your station ventilated and remember to wear your PPE. :)

Good solder no clean flux...
This solder flux works well and easy to apply... Only negative is it smokes a little too much for me, thank God for smoke adsorbers...

The flux is very good, but the siringe il mechanically poor.
I noticed that some of the flux comes out from the top of the piston and cannot be used anymore with the siringe. The flux is good, works perfectly, but I hate that some of it is wasted, fortunately just a little bit.

Good!
I recently tried the CHIP QUIK NC191 Smooth Flow Tack Flux, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The smooth application made soldering a breeze, and its tacky consistency ensured precise placement. The flux effectively improved solder flow and minimized the chances of solder bridges. I appreciated the overall quality of this product, making my soldering projects more efficient and reliable. Highly recommended for both beginners and experienced enthusiasts!

Flux, my friends! The Game-Changer!
Apparently, I was pretty ignorant. I'd soldered here and there for two decades (XLR connectors, repairing joints for loose connectors on PCBs, etc.), and always struggled and didn't understand why other people could make a joint in a second and I'd have the hold the iron on for what seemed like minutes and still wouldn't get a good joint. Flux! Flux transfers the heat to both pieces and lets the solder melt and flow basically instantly. I just tinned some wire ends both ways - four seconds or so to get solder to flow into the strands with just a wet iron tip, vs half a second with a tiny dab of flux on the wire. Tinned the pads on some WS1812s again in a fraction of a second and then got passable connection to my wires in another second per joint with no flux, just both sides tinned. I am by no means a pro, but I'm beginning to understand how you get to be one. Flux, my friends! Good flux!

Nice package, good product
Learned from some co-workers about this for board rework/repair and assembly. (also some U-tube vids that show how handy it is). Good brand, makes things go a little better, and you can use cotton swab and alcohol to clean up if you want. For me this might be a lifetime supply. Hope it doesn't expire first.
