Best nasal moisturizer so far
Gentle yet the spray reaches high up the nasal passages in a fine mist. Doesn’t irritate my nose even though it’s extra strength, but everyone is different so keep in mind it might for you. Idk if this is a fluke, but I had one years ago that lasted me several years whereas this one lasted me only a few months and my usage has not changed/increased, but both bottles said they were the 4.6oz so... I’m pretty suspicious of some way they might be trying to increase sales by causing it to last less (like maybe more comes out in one pump than it used to) but I can’t prove anything obviously. Disappointed with how fast it ran out, otherwise 5 stars though.

Good product, but be alert
I used this product every day for two months during the very difficult pollen season we are currently experiencing. (Spring, 2014). I was also taking Allegra, as recommended by my doctor. Doc said I can use the saline spray 3 times per day. The directions on the can tell you to tilt your head to the side over the sink, insert nozzle in one nostril, depress applicator, and the stream will flow out the other nostril - like using a neti-pot. Here's what my mistake was: I was spraying the product into my nose and then lying down! Take my advice - do not do this! During the first 6 weeks or so, I was very happy with the results - it cleared my sinuses and eliminated my sinus headache. The product contains sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate. If you lie down after applying, you can taste the salt a bit. OK, that's not a bad thing. However, the side-effect I experienced was that, after applying this product every day for 6 weeks, I got a sore throat. I now believe that it was the salt. If you purchase this product, be sure to use it as directed! That said, I like the product, and I DO recommend it.

A must for winter months
A winter must for me. My apartment has very strong heat from the radiators and this really helps my nose and sinuses.

Absolutely love this product! I frequently get allergies and also dry nose problems. This spray works for both issues! The value for money was very reasonable. I believe the brand quality was completely worth it for the price and results!
