Ayr Saline Nasal Gel, With Soothing Aloe, 0.5 Ounce Tube (Pack of 1)

So, I have ordered the 'Ayr' saline gel spray (and love it); then decided to order this 'Ayr' saline nasal gel (with soothing aloe). I like that this tube came in a sealed box, and the tube is totally sealed upon receiving. To open, you use the cap to puncture through the foil protective film. This is a decent sized tube (0.5 ounce), and a little bit goes a long way. This gel is thick, but absorbs well into the skin; there's no greasy feeling, and no stickiness either. I use a q-tip to help directly apply the gel into my nose; I feel relief from dryness within minutes. I like that I can not only use this for my nostrils, but also use for dry/sore areas around my nose (such as what may come from frequent tissue use). This gel has been truly helpful for my needs. I have allergies, as well as frequent sinus issues; this leaves my nose feeling so sore and dry (at times). This gel works wonders for me, and could be helpful for other purposes too (like CPAP or oxygen users). I am very satisfied with this product, and happy with how better my nose feels. Since this gel is super thick, and goes a long way; I do think this is a good value for the price point (currently listed at around $3.62). It's also nice that this product is FSA approved, which may be of importance to some. I definitely can recommend this product, and would order again.

After having used this product for YEARS and I mean more than at least 5+ yrs. Since the teenage years. I had/have nostrils issues (mostly just only the right nostril) with having it get really dry during extreme summer heat and rarely only once (maybe few times) in the winter happen. In where I will have a nose bleeding. For may be from the cause of having a sensitive blood vein exposed more easily in the nostril on the surface of the skin. Where dry noses and dry nose pickings would cause a nose bleeding, even in nose adjustments with the back of the hand in a dry nose causing a nose bleeding where immediate attention be needed. Noticed after using this at times when really, really hot or nose seems to be bit dry or combination of both (worse case scenario). I noticed it stopped my nose bleeding occurrences from happening; or even help stop nose bleeding when having one. When used in the daily, depending on situation. For if just a normal hot day under 90 not much worry and used to applying it internally in my nose with a q-tip around or my pinky finger if I didn’t have one and needed some nasal hydration. Either the night before or in the morning. Past 90 and more than 95, especially at 100 degree heat weather noticed an immediate difference. I didn’t have any nose bleeds; for when I used it at least twice a day or as needed when I knew my nose was wasn’t hydrated enough or about to get/starting get dry from the heat of the weather. I would not have nose bleeds. Times where I skipped at applying or used only once very much less nose bleeds occurred. In where I will add, great tip!! If in a situation where a nose bleed occurs noticed I would either put some in on the nose bleed to help moisturize and help stop the bleeding or after a nose bleeding had stopped I immediately put and applying a little (more like a lot) into to have it be hydrated and helps immensely in having the nose not get dry or worry of another short nose bleeding to occur. For in my experience it would absolutely work much better than the dang Saline water (salt) sprays they sell in the stores or much better than the Ayr Nasal Spray (more expensive also) that seems to be a bit better than the saline sprays other brands sell but with a water based gel. This Ayr Saline Nasal Gel is the absolutely best moisturizing OTC nose relief for it being such a GREAT price and good size amount compared to saline water nasal sprays that hardly helped or even made the nostrils dry out. For I will say if in the details are what truly matter, then this is what makes this so awesome. Is the awesome holy grail of ingredients in it, being the key to actually working, with hydrating/soothing and actually helping the nose stay moisturized in relief from drying out/nose bleeds. For it has: Aloe Vera gel!, glycine soja (soybean oil), geranium maculatum oil, and lastly tocopheryl acetate! (which is vitamin E!) Found in many great skin care products; Vitamin E and Aloe Vera gel can also be found used with even for sensitive skin products to help the skin stay moisturized! And hydrated! Things saline sprays don’t have any of but water and salt.

I don't know what I would do without this. I have MCAS and it has been a tremendous help to me during the winter months and with my CPAP.

I LOVE this product. I've had sores in my nose for years and they won't go away. Sometimes they get painful, especially when I have a sinus infection. This has helped me so much. Why didn't I find it sooner? The pain is almost gone and the sores feel smaller.

I have a bunch of sinus issues and sometimes my nasal passages get really dry. My ENT had recommended doing saline rinses and also saline sprays but sometimes that actually can irritate me more. Then she suggested using the gel because it would moisturize my nasal passages. I tried it and I felt nearly instant relief and I use it nearly every night, particularly in the winter. You only need to use a tiny bit per nostril and it feels more hydrated. It's a tiny tube, but mine has lasted for months. My husband also uses this and has his own tube because he can't stand using sprays and it has helped him as well. The price is great as well. The only reason why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is that it has a slight smell.

I had sinus surgery and a septoplasty 5 months ago, and I wish I came across this product sooner! This is wonderful! I still do daily sinus rinses and use saline throughout the day but I'm not too fond of the prescription ointment I have. It's sticky, unlike this product! This is a water watery feeling gel (you need very little) and it feels so good inside my nose! It feels wet at first then once it sinks in, you just feel moisturized. Would highly recommend to anybody that needs a little moisture up there! I've already ordered more and this only came two days ago, that's how good it is. Also, smells lightly floral for those who are wondering. The scent goes away right after application.

I struggle with bloody noses during the dry winters, getting one almost daily whenever I wash my face. This was a game changer. I still get the occasional nose bleed, but significantly less often. I was using Vaseline in my nostrils per my dermatologist’s recommendation, but this has been more effective, is more comfortable, and a better application experience. I think it’s a great value for the price.

I was suffering with the driest nostrils that was started to split and crack. This save them from feeling dry and cracked basically overnight.

Excellent for dry nose

I find this gel really helps my nose which can get very dry and sore overnight.

Sometimes a dry nose will swell making it hard to breathe through my nasal passages. This product has halted that. I use it with No More Colds Red Light Therapy and I have no more sinus issues.
