This gel works great to moisturize nasal passages. It is easy to use, good quality. I will definately purchase this again. Well worth the price!

This is the best stuff ever! I had several surgeries on the left side of my nose: deviated septum, turbidite reduction, z-plastic for valve collapse, balloon sinoplasty to open a blocked sinus, and probably something I’m forgetting. I wish they had told me about this stuff for during the healing process. Regardless, I still get really dried out working in restaurants with that heater blasting in winter and this stuff not only keeps my nose moist with basically one application before my shift. Since using it, I’ve also noticed my nose doesn’t get as dried as it did before, so it seems to be helping overall to return the natural moisture back. Good thing it’s cheap and I hope it stays that way! Life saving-stuff! One tube also goes a long way! But I’m definitely planning to be a lifetime user with this as my go-to.

This stuff is incredible. The cold weather caused my nose to chap and crack. I tried face lotions, Vaseline, even lip balm. They would help momentarily but nothing improved it. I looked to see if there was a product for my exact problem, found this among other more expensive options and said $4? Why not? This is a life saver. It works so well. Softened my nose, no more cracks and bleeding, no more pain at the slightest touch. Easy to carry in my purse and you don't even need to use it a lot. I used it maybe 3 times the first day, 2 the next and one from thereon out. It works fast, is super convenient, and a little bit is all you need. I mostly applied it to the outside of my nose and a little inside the tips of my nostrils and couldn't be happier with the results. It might have stung a little at first but the second application had no issues because the product works that well.

I'm a repeat customer. The gel is very soothing at the end of the nose, and using a cotton swab to dab it into the nostril helps with dryness and sore spots. The gel has little if any smell, and has made a big improvement in the redness and dryness I usually experience with a cold or from my CPAP machine use. Very pleased with the quality and effectiveness of this product.

I use this during winter when indoor air feels really dry. The gel texture is watery and not too thick, and it has a mild, pleasant scent. A small amount goes a long way. I usually reapply every couple hours. It can leave some residue overnight, so I prefer to gently clean my nose in the morning. Overall, it feels more comfortable and longer lasting than a regular saline spray.

The Ayr Saline Nasal Gel recommended by my doctor was exactly what helped either dry nasal conditions. It’s hard to imagine needing such an item but it has been so helpful keeping the nose from agitation of dryness and low humidity. Worked quickly, does not have an odor. I highly recommend.

This is my go to for my dry nasal. It is very soothing and it does not have any bad smell. This nasal gel is very effective that I bought one also for my aunt. Very good quality and it is not so expensive. Glad that I got to use this product.

This gel is great at keeping my nose hydrated during cold, dry Minnesota winters and is an absolute must-have when you’re sick. It soothes and alleviates raw, irritated nostrils from constant nose blowing but doesn’t leave behind a sticky or greasy feeling. I will say it feels very wet on your skin when first applied, but it absorbs quickly and then you forget it’s there. Huge plus that it’s made with natural ingredients - I’ve had zero irritation, even with frequent use. I keep this on hand year-round, but especially during cold, flu, and allergy season. Excellent for dry nose

Sometimes a dry nose will swell making it hard to breathe through my nasal passages. This product has halted that. I use it with No More Colds Red Light Therapy and I have no more sinus issues.
