I was looking for a very high quality sherry vinegar to use when I make my salad dressing for Italians meals that I prepare. I heard from an Italian chef that he was taught by his mother that the salad at the meal should not be the star of the meal. That's where this sherry vinegar comes in. I make a dressing of just olive oil and a very high quality sherry vinegar. This one fills the bill. The salad that results is fabulous but does not steal the show from the meal. Absolutely wonderful accompaniment to the meal! I recommend this to anyone who wants a high quality sherry vinegar.

We don't eat takeout and we don't eat at restaurants. It's kind of sad really, but once you find out what they put in your food and how it's making you sick, you probably won't either. I tell you this because I cook...a lot. As in every day. So to keep things fresh and interesting, I use a lot of condiments. And THIS has won a special place in my heart. I don't use a lot of it (very expensive), but a little splash here and there and you're looking at a yummy gourmet dinner. Try it!

I love good vinegar---primarily for salads. This does not disappoint. I ordered one each of Columela's 50 year, 30 year, and bottom of the line vinegars, and concluded that the 30 year was pretty much as good as the 50 to my taste. The lowest of the line was harsher. So the 30 year will be my go-to.

Good Spanish Sherry vinegar is a real treat. It's not a bargain price but a bottle will last my bottle anyway lasted for years you just need a little and it's so good

I had been to all of my local grocery stores as well as a few specialty markets with no luck on the sherry vinegar front so I turned to amazon and here it the same sherry vinegar I had at a small dinner party in Spain wonderful complex taste and with some shallot and pepper splash or three of olive oil and your in business. This is that vinegar you must have.

Awesome and delicious. Glad I bought this. You can taste the woodiness of long aging. Makes a superb vinaigrette. Mother is at the bottom of the bottle so if that bothers you then this may not be for you.

I use this type product on salads with EVOO. I have had sherry vinegar on salads in many countries, being a retired Navy traveler aboard ship to many countries. I have never tasted a better sherry vinegar. You won't be disappointed.

Couldn’t find sherry vinegar during the pandemic so I bought my first bottle then. Haven’t stoped! I will buy this over and over it’s that delish!!!
