Like candy
This is Elizabeth, Harry’s daughter. I got these after getting over being sick. They are a great price and they taste really great. However, they are 12 carbs per serving, so it is like eating candy. I tend to eat one every few hours instead of 3 all at once because they are sweet, like candy.

Yummy and effective
They're tasty and effective supplements. I got them because I noticed that many people take Zinc along with their Magnesium. I forget exactly why this is - something to do with absorption or sleep quality - but anyway, I started taking them both. The effect on sleep quality and energy level was immediate. I stay asleep more and have less muscle twitches than before. I usually just take one of these at a time rather than the suggested three. Even with just one, you're getting 100% DV of Vitamin C. I'm someone who never gets sick, but even I am feeling the benefits of the extra Vitamin C. Less congestion in the mornings, less sneezing, and more stable energy level throughout the day. Many multivitamin supplements lack Zinc, so it's one of those you have to take separately. This supplement here is a very good way to do that. I recommend it and I'll be buying some more for my mom too.
