14k Gold Plated Brass Channel Huggies

I bought these specifically from Children Earring by lovearing (fulfilled by Amazon) because I got some others and I liked them pretty well and I wanted another set of similar style but with some stones in them. I saw some others on Amazon that looked similar but I thought it better to stick with the company I knew than try someone different. With earrings at this low price point, you know quality could be all over the map. But you are safe to get these. These are a great size, and stay on nicely. They look wonderful. Very much like the original ones I bought, and like my other pair of more plain hoops I imagine these will also wear nicely and not tarnish. I will of course update my review accordingly if they do. UPDATE - August 26, 2015: we are a few months in and these earrings are still looking great, finish is holding up really well even though I wear them every day. They stay on snuggly and I can't even tell they are in. I love them just as much as the day I go them. This was indeed a good purchase. UPDATE - June 16, 2016... several months ago these tarnished to the point I could not wear them. But I am still pleased with how well they lasted, and the inexpensive nature of them doesn't make me feel too bad about it. I can buy more.

These earrings are Literally PERFECT!!! They look georgous on my 4year old and are the perfect size! She's been wearing studs since she got her ears pierced as a baby. I've been dying to get her some "big girl" earnings for the longest, these are the best! They are totally secure , never fall out and do not look cheap at all. She hasn't had a reaction or irritation at all!! Nor has the part that goes in her ear tarnished! I'm shocked and in love! My daughter has actually been wearing these Everyday for almost the last two months! She plays, sleeps and baths/showers in them aswell. These earnings give me zero issues! I was very cautious of the price and since she has a big Jewerly allergy. I actually returned and had a lot of tarnish issues with Piercing Pagodas "14k Gold" studs and huggie hoops. I've tried them all, security screw backs, 14k gold bubble backs, the works. After the first few wears they looked horrible and so did her ears! Total waste of money. These I figured wouldn't break the bank and were worth a try. I'm thrilled I did!! I'm ordering the ones with the pink stones aswell and another gold pair just to have!

These earrings looked beautiful when I first got them. The metal has a gold-like shine and hasn’t lost its color over the years. However, the area near the stones turned green, and even after washing them, the color didn’t go away. I think it’s because they’re not real gold. Still, they’ve lasted a long time and haven’t broken or lost any stones. I don’t wear them often, but they look very nice when I do.

It arrived on time. I had a slightly difficult time putting one earring on my daughter's ear because it was not opened as wide as the other one. However, once putting in, my daughter loves the size and design of the earring very much. 11/14/15 - I have to change the rating because they came off from my daughter's ears after shower and I noted that the earrings'color turned green and blue. I do not think these earrings are gold-plated.

Super cute, maybe a tad bit big for my 2 year old daughter but cute all the same. The only downside was that the clasp wasnt tight at all, the earring kept opening when my daughter would shake her head (hoop/cuff earrings felt highly different than her standard diamond studs, so she kept shaking her head because she felt them shake too), but that wasnt to big of a problem because I just bent the peice that goes into the ear up a little and it locked alot better and held stronger. I love these earrings!

Five stars!!! I really love these. My four year old daughter has been wearing these for about four months now and I love them. They are the perfect size for tiny ears. They are also very bright and pretty. Compared to straight back earrings, these hoops say in the ears better and do not poke at the back of her ears. The snaps are good and tight and with this there is less worry about losing one of them. I will order these again.

Very cute but one arrived with a clasp that didn't latch. Easy to bend and not sturdy

These earrings are super cute. I bought them for my 2 year old daughter. They are the perfect size for her. I was tired of buying expensive new 14k gold earrings that would go missing within a month. These are hinge closure so they stay put. She's been wearing them almost continuously for about 6 months. They stones have started to turn green but still well worth the $14.99. I use a toothbrush to clean it up a bit and put them back on. Overal I'm very satisfied.
