Excellent food supplement for those with dodgy guts.
I have used one capsule plus inulin in a litre of full cream UHT milk to make delicious, 36 hour fermented yoghurt after a hefty dose of antibiotics. I combined this yoghurt therapy with a capsule (available on this site) of another 21 strain probiotic that sadly did not have I. gasseri in it. I am getting great and rapid results. I have had IBS for many years, but almost feel normal again. Doing my research I have found that different stains often have different benefits to the gut and overall health. It is said that after a large dose of antibiotic's, it can take up to 3 months for micribiome recovery. Adding this yoghurt seems to have sped up this process. As I often , write do your research, stay curious. I am a walking experiment😁.

Helped in one way not in another
Certainly helped my tummy troubles by day 2 I felt so much better and confident to go out without first checking where all the public toilets were. On the other hand I gain 7lb in just a few weeks. Stopped taking them to work on losing the weight

Great Probiotic
I have bought other mixed probiotics complex before but somehow this strain seems more effective for IBS. Very pleased with it.

Fake supplements

Ich hatte Verdauungsstörungen, Mundgeruch und mein Schweiss roch säuerlich. Habe erst die verschiedensten Pflegeprodukte probiert, keine Abhilfe. Seit letzte Woche nun nehm ich diese Dinger, Darm und Bauch war sofort OK, Mundgeruch weiss ich nicht, aber: kein sauer riechende Schweiss mehr. Kann das sein? Dass die Verdauung so viel beeinflusst? Ich bin jedenfalls happy.

Sehr gut verträglich und für den Darm eine Bereicherung und Sanierung , wenn man vorher Antibiotika geschluckt hat.
