6X Golf/Hunting Rangefinder Rechargeable 900Y Distance Measuring Scope with Slope Flaglock High-Precision Continuous Scan

Really like this rangefinder, it’s built pretty solid for the price and was seemingly very accurate at the archery range. Battery seemed good, very easy to use, display was easy to read. Has a hard time getting readings in low light. The main issue for me (archery hunter), is that it calculates for angle compensation, helpful for golf, NOT horizontal distance, which would be the correct range to use for shooting a bow. If you read closely in the description, it says “angle information that can be used for bow/rifle hunting.” You would plug that angle and line of sight distance into a formula to get horizontal. This is my own fault, not a fault of the company or rangefinder, hence the 5 stars. Just know what you’re buying. Mine worked well for a few months before it was stolen out of my car, my next one will have horizontal distance compensation, otherwise I’d be buying this one again.

One important thing to know is that all the data shows up in black letters and numbers. There is no illumination (at least in my model). So, if you need a range finder for low light conditions, this one may not be the best, as the data won't be visible in the dark. For my application, this won't matter.I tested this range meter at a competition shooting range with berms at known distances of 30, 60, 90, and 180 meters. The meter was showning exact distance each time. Hence five stars.

I've used this for general distance measuring, for hunting, target practice, sighting in weapons.... cheap, work well, and tough. I have no idea why anyone would spend hundreds of dollars when these work perfectly fine.

I ordered this rangefinder for golf. I received the item the next day. It looked good, packaging was good, but couldn't get it to turn on. I charged it fully, yet the device would not come on. I returned it for another one. Again, everything looked good. Tried to charge the battery right out of the box and the charger port broke off into the device. This device is junk!

I really am trying to like this thing but I’m having a hard time doing so. I’m using it on the golf course and I was hoping to do the job From one shot to the next the accuracy can vary, in my experience, up to 30 yards. I have used it twice and I will use it one more time and if results are not any better I will probably return it. I had such great hopes for it but so far I have been disappointed. I did give it five stars for ease of use the 2 star ratings for "accuracy" and "value for money" are probably self-explanatory.

New golfer here learning distances. Mostly used it the 1st time on the course to make sure the walkers ahead had moved out of range. Read several stories of people rolling up to soon... even landing on the green befor it was clear.Calibrated and found the distance off maybe half a yard. So accurate to a foot or two.You really have to jam your eye into the finder to get the whole picture. Glasses must be removed.Otherwise great buy.

9 times out of 10, it shot the same exact distance when I tested it. That's pretty darned good in my book!

All in all I like it. I use it for hunting and scouting and it does the job for half the price as the others. Only cons I have is when you look through the eye relief is very small and it actually takes effort to look through… my buddies I was using for some time was not like this but like I said… half the price.Also I’m not sure how long the battery life will last being it’s charge only.
