Absolutely love this yarn.
I absolutely love this yarn! I've used it multiple times in various colors to create beautiful crocheted mandala blankets. The quality of the yarn is exceptional; it has a smooth texture and doesn’t split easily, which makes the crocheting experience much more enjoyable. What I really appreciate is the wide range of colors available—from rich, vibrant hues to softer pastel shades—allowing me to experiment and bring my creative visions to life. I typically use a 3.5 or 4mm hook, which I find to be the perfect size for this yarn. It slides effortlessly through the stitches, ensuring that my projects come together with ease and precision. Overall, this yarn has become a staple in my crafting supplies, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking to elevate their crocheting projects!

Wonderful for Shawls!
The color shift in this yarn is awesome. There are small factory knots between the colors but I didn't mind them. There is so much yarn here. I'm used to cakes with half as much yarn this is awesome! It's super soft, very strong and amazing to work with for being a smaller thread. I used a 3.0mm hook for my project and that was the perfect size. Definitely will be buying again

Good color. Very thin
Its good, just far thinner than I'd thought, closer to embroidery floss, but its beautiful. But that white in the center caught me off guard

This yarn is beautiful, soft, and easy to work with!
This made a beautiful shawl! I used a 5mm hook, even with this being very thin, maybe fingering weight. But it turned out so pretty!! It was really big, though. I had to skip a little bit of the yarn here and there to get to the end colors without the shawl turning into a blanket. I wish I would’ve skipped a bit of the purple at the beginning to be honest, but all in all I was very happy with this yarn! I tried the scheepjes yarn first and made a shawl with it, and I loved it but yarn art is cheaper so I wanted to try it out and compare the two. In my opinion, the color transition was smoother on the scheepjes whirlyarn, and I was more of a fan of the feel of the scheepjes I think, but that’s really just personal preference. The scheepjes is 60% cotton/ 40% acrylic, where the yarn art is 55% cotton/ 45% acrylic. The yarn art is a bit softer I think but I preferred the 60/40 blend of the scheepjes slightly more. However, I do absolutely love this yarn and I will purchase again.

Excellent yarn at a great price!
I have been obsessed with this yarn since summer 2025! Perfect gradients, soft, and lovely drape. Four shawls for Christmas gifts, and the 2nd “just because” started today. Slowly working my way through every color option!

Beautiful colorsways
I love the gradual color changes achieved by a four ply changing colors one strand at a time and it’s easy to work with. Major hang up is how tangled it gets even simply pulling from center. To avoid aggravating myself I rewind into cakes by color so you end up with 12 or 15 mini cakes to better plot color changes. I’d also note the pink shade is much more pepto than appears
