The dimensions listed are the same.** A: The dimensions should definitely be different between the regular size and the XL. The XL is much larger. I have had both sizes and personally don't care for the XL size and I'm a larger gal. The length to where you rest your feet is longer and the whole thing is wider. I feel more comfortable in the regular size. The XL size would probably work well for a large man who is over 6 feet tall, in my opinion. I did a search on the two sizes and found these measurements: XL is 61" long x 44.5" wide x 20" high and the Regular size is 55" long x 38" wide x 15.5" high. Hope this helps. **Q: Why did it pop when almost full** A: We have never filled ours to the level where it would pop. **Q: Mine won’t stay inflated** A: If yours doesn't stay inflated, return it for a replacement. I haven't had any problems with mine. **Q: The raft will not hold air. The plug to blow it up is really large and leaks. I no longer have the box, how can I return or exchange this?** A: I know the newer Hyper-Flate Valve for inflating the Swimways Spring Float is different than what we are used to. To be honest, once I figured out how to use it, I felt like it held air in the float better than the old type of valve. I'm wondering if you aren't getting yours sealed shut properly?
