Great purchase
Great purchase. Easy to assemble. Last a long time for battery. My 9 year old loves the speed and how smooth it rides and glides in the road and sidewalks. Uses it weekly and more often during night hours, he loves the lights.

Defective
Both scooters arrived damaged in multiple ways (LED wheel does not light up, etc.) We already owned two of this model that lasted for many years, but these have noticeably less power. I have exchanged dozens of unintelligible email messages with the manufacturer. They are no longer available on Amazon and Gotrax offers solution after solution that are ineffective, unacceptable and don’t address the issues., In order to avoid replacing the scooters. Perhaps I’m speaking to a robot. Perhaps the scooter design is defective and they’re out of production? The time and money I’ve spent on this purchase is criminal and very disappointing for the kids’ Christmas.

Good Scooter
Good scooter, but a little to slow. Our son rides it a little bit but not as much as we would like, due to it being slow.

Cool scooter
My 8 yo son loves this electric scooter. It was a Christmas gift. It charges quickly and is very quiet, smooth. My son figured out how to operate fairly quickly. The light is a nice feature since he rides it after dark in our street a lot. Helps for visibility and looks cool.

Fun and fast
My son really the enjoys the speed 10mph. Top speed. And easy to maneuver.

Broke after a month
After one month of using (maybe 3 or 4 days a week for less than an hour each time), it stipped holding a charge. Left it plugged overnight several times with the same result. As soon as my kid went to ride it, the low battery indicator would go off and then died. Very cool looking but now it's just junk.
