Great quality but short. I think it’s designed to fit in the boot. Do they call it a boot crop ?

Speaking as the 'horse' this is evidently intended to 'motivate'... The crop is very good value and a cool introduction. It looks more intimidating than it is. Although it makes a lovely sound it doesn't leave marks or hurt, if that's your thing this might be a bit mild for you. I's probably more for beginners or people who enjoy the play and imagery rather than the actual pain. However, if you're looking to explore some impact play, it's definitely recommended. My wife felt and looked the part, describing it as 'empowering'. For £10, it's worth every penny. It's like picking up some cuffs from Ann Summers. You might as well if you're slightly interested.

I bought this as a deterrent for my young Border Terrier. He has been barking a lot and started attacking my other dog, so I thought this might help. The first time he barked unnecessarily, he had a short tap on his rear. The next time he barked for no reason, I lifted the crop and showed it to him and he stopped immediately. I would NEVER hit him hard and in fact other than the first time to teach him what happens if he barks for no reason, I have not used it at all, just picked it up and shown it to him. For that reason alone it is worth every penny.

Nice whip but handle came undone after 2 uses - we tied the string back up and works fine - but disappointing that it came undone in the first place
