Love these my hair growth has increased since using this product not thickerbuy no thinner either, I colour my hair and I get 1.5 cm growth every month. Good shine too👍

Well I use only few weeks so I can't say yet it helps for hair growth or not. I definitely see difference in my hair. They seems healthy

Nasty After Effects
Luckily I had read some of the other reviews before buying this, but foir the price was worth a try. I've been taking Biotin now for several years without an issue, but my usual brand was OOS.Easy enough to swallow, but 20 minutes later had the worst bout of nausia. Really thought I was going to be sick. Took around 10 minutes to settle down. Needless to say these will now be binned and I'll wait for my usual brand to come back into stock
