Gaspari Nutrition SuperPump Aggression Pre-Workout: Energy, Focus, Endurance and Recovery, with Creatine and Caffeine (40/20 Servings, Fruit Punch Fury)

I’ve been using this pre-workout for about three weeks now, and it definitely gets the job done. The energy boost is noticeable without making me feel jittery or anxious like some other pre-workouts I’ve tried. I usually take it about 30 minutes before hitting the gym, and by the time I’m warming up, I can feel the kick in. The focus is there, which really helps during those heavy compound lifts. The taste is decent nothing amazing, but I’ve had worse. Mixes well with water, though I do give it a good shake. Only downside for me is that the tingles from the beta-alanine can be pretty intense sometimes, but that’s personal preference. If you’re sensitive to that sensation, just be aware. Overall, solid pre-workout that delivers on energy and pump. Would buy again.

It's about as strong as preworkout can be, legally. Good for advanced users, beginners probably should try half a scoop. Decent pump and everything, but where it shines is the energy boost

Only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I got the italian ice flavor and it tastes horrible. I'm sure the other flavors are great. The product works amazingly! I love it. I've tried over 20 different brands of preworkout (stimilant only) and I must say this is one of the top 2 for me. Uusually I have to take 2 scoops/servings on all others to get the desired affects, however this only needed 1 scoop/serving. The downside is it only has 4 grams of citruline, instead of 7 or 8 which is optimum. Nevertheless, I can't say good enough about this prodct. The design is amazing to. Very catchy and aggressive looking. Be aware though, it might give you the runs💩 if your stomach is sensitive to preworkouts.

Its in the name and it delivers. Solid pump and provides the focus needed for a strong work out. Paired with gaspari intra for an intense workout. Would buy again. Didnt care too much for this flavor, but it wasnt bad.

I generally don't write reviews, but honestly, this is the most disgusting tasting pre I have ever tasted. It is so bitter I can barely finish it. The only reason I still give it 3 stars is it does feel pretty great. I was worried about the caffeine, but it's very smooth. Feeling is great, taste is absolutely horrible.

I hate giving Gaspari this bad of a review. I’ve used super pump forever and loved it when they had superpump 250, that was my all time favorite. As for this new Aggressor. 1)Does not mix well at all, very gritty. 2) The taste is horrible I ordered fruit punch and it tastes worse than pepto bismol. 3) So far on my 3rd dose I’m not seeing ANY sort of pump as I did on the normal SP max. So I’m sorry to say this one was made very wrong.

I have been using SuperPump about 4 weeks, it gives you that extra energy for your workout. The taste is one of the best I have tried.

Certainly gives me a great pump, hasn't affected my stomach, compared to other reviews, I think it comes down to stomach tolerances.. Certainly would recommend..
