Excellent pan, heats evenly & has a nice weight to it, not cheap at all. Good, quality stainless steel, comfortable handle & would definitely buy again. Works very well on my induction glass cooktop & cleans up easily. Very pleased with this purchase.

Good pan. On the heavier side. Other 3qt pan lids also fit. Slightly flared lip makes pouring smooth. Unfortunately over half of the handle gets very hot. Had to be careful how I was holding the pan before 1qt of water had even come to a boil.

I purchased this pan to be a saucier pan to make roux, etc because I liked the rounded sides of the bottom of the pan. Easier to get into the corners for stirring thick food. Saucier pans are more pricy (over $100) and this is Duxtop's normal saucepan shape. It is tri-ply stainless steel and cleans up very easily. I would have gotton the whole set but it didn't come with the pieces I needed. Now, I wish I had as the set I did get cooks great but doesn't clean up like this pan does as a film is left on the inside of the pan, easily removed with Bartenders Friend, but I shouldn't need to do this extra step to clean my pans. Duxtop wasn't a known brand to me when I was looking for a SS set. The review video on YouTube convinced me to try it and I'm very pleased. I wish I could return my other set...

quality pan for sure. i have not used it to caramelize my sugar yet but it will do the job

Just got this pan and I already love it. It is beautiful and works very well on my induction cook top. The handle stays cool as does the handle in the cover. Food heats evenly and it has been easy to clean. Highly recommend!

Super happy with this pan. Nice heat distribution, beautiful finish (including nice smooth finish on the inside), nice comfortable handle that doesn't get too hot. Works great on induction, as one would expect from a Duxtop pan. I seasoned this pan with (just as you would with cast iron or carbon steel) with avocado oil. Recently cooked a quinoa/brown rice blend in it, and it was so nonstick with the seasoning that it took only a light scrub with a chain mail scrubber to get it clean, as there was nothing stuck to the pan. I really like the rounded seam where the walls of the pan meet the bottom. I have the 3 quart, and will probably get the 1.5 quart. Really nice step up from my Revere Ware aluminum disc bottomed stainless pans, for a price more reasonable than many other comparable pans.

It's like the Made In Saucier but for a fraction of the price. Great quality, good weight to it, perfect for cooking for 2.

The product build quality is really good. The best I have ever had. But all that goodness is undone by atrociouly bad packaging. I ordered both 1.5QT and 3QT. The packaging was such that the two were dumped in the box with just a thin layer of wrapping plastic to protect it. Obviously the two would collide and I got one with a dent on the lid . Will return and re-order now. The product itself doesn't deserve one star. But the packaging is way below acceptable and it cannot be ignored

The only thing I can say is that these pots are excellent quality. I have been using Meyer pots for over 10 years which is of a good quality. However, I found Duxtop pots of equal or even greater quality. Also, a year ago I bought an induction cooker and found that it takes longer to boil the water up in Mayer pots while in Duxtop pots water boils up very fast. In short, fantastic pots for decent price. I bought 2.5 an 5.7 litres pots but will buy 1.5 litres next month.
