Awesome PA System! I love it!
Edit: 8/14/25 Still love this PA. After running continuously for almost 2 years, it started making a continuous rythmic thump sound that would only stop if I let it warm up and then turn it off and on again. I'm not sure if it's a bad capacitor or some ground issue or something else, so I bought a replacement active speaker from their website and went with the 3000 over the 3200 because I like the mixer positioned on the back of the 3000 over the mixer positioned on the top of the 3200. This is the only issue I've had. Edit: 4/19/24 Since I run everything through this system, tv, instruments, etc., mine stays on continuously. This PA has been running around the clock since I got it 7 months ago. I fired it up for the first time the middle of September 2023... that's around 5000 hours of run time. No problems so far. Review from 9/15/23 Pros: 1) My god this is a lot of bang for your buck! 2) Built in Bluetooth and MP3 player. 3) Built in 4 channel mixer. 4) Built in power amp. 5) Great full spectrum of sound, highs, mids, and lows. Nice deep bottom end. It thumps! 6) Output for additional sub if desired. 7) I didn't need customer support, but I've read that they're very helpful. 8) Packaged well and arrived really quick. 9) Pretty compact and not extremely heavy. Cons: 1) No crossover, so a hair muddy at higher volumes, but that's to be expected from most PA systems and stereo systems. 2) Simple setup for people who are around audio equipment, but might be a little tough for first timers to understand the concept. Diagrams provided maybe a little vague. Again, I've read their customer support is great, so if you're unsure about something, I'd just reach out to them. 3) They definitely added a zero to the watts LOL. I've had a PA system on and off since I was a teenager. I use them to play my instruments through and also as a stereo system. My first PA was a Crate 350 watt 3-way back in the mid 1980s, and I would say this one is about even in volume, so I'm guessing it's realistically 350-400 watts. Years ago watts advertised were more accurate than they are today, but that's ok because if you know you know and this system is still great. 4) Array poles are a little on the wobbly side down at the base. It seems the reason is not a stiff enough/thick enough board that they're bolted to. My conclusion: I put mine in my office, which is a 12x13 foot carpeted room, full of furniture, with a 14 foot vaulted ceiling. I placed each unit, facing outward 90° from each other, about middle of both walls. I pointed the arrays at the corners closest to each unit so those are projecting sound 180™ from each other into the corners. That fills the entire room with nice even sound, no matter where you're standing. You can't do that with conventional PA speakers that aren't an array configuration. I obsessed and did a ton of research on a few different brands before buying this PA and I am extremely happy that this is the one I chose. No one has anything bad to say about it other than the same cons I listed, which are really not that bad or out of the ordinary. You could spend double the cost or more on a well known name brand and end up with the same exact thing. I've had them, so I know. I've already played my guitar through it and ran several genres of music through it from my phone and it all sounds great. I don't play gigs or anything, but I would take this system to a venue about the size of a good sized church and feel confident that it would have sufficient output to raise the roof. I recommend this system and would definitely buy this brand again myself.

Big Surprise on sound Quality?
Big Surprise on sound Quality, they really do the job. First Are they Loud enough? Answer is Yes! Your best shout can't be heard over their volume. Second Q? Is sound clarity, even full max volume they are bright and clean. Subwoofer volume has enough Power to get ahead of the mix when you want that and is a little muddy, but not by much. I will be testing these in a live band configuration and use them for small venues, because they are very easy to assemble and fairly light. This will be their true test, but As others have said, for the cost, they will be worth every dime. I am Presently surprise, thanks ProReck good job!

Great for a budget PA system
I recently purchased the Proreck AEF system. I had some issues with missing components and I contacted Proreck and they took care of the issue right away. Thank you to Briviette! As for the speaker system they are a bit more on the cheaper end if we are talking quality/build wise but hey what do you expect, it wasn't a deal breaker for me. Focusing on the audio quality now, the speakers sound very good and very clear, & the bass is outstanding. I will probably be giving a update review once I really push these to their potential. Thanks again to the Proreck team! UPDATE: I brought these to do a Wedding gig in a 60x120 ballroom. (Large Venue) (200 people) They performed just fine, we did announcements/speeches and the JBL MICs I had performed perfectly, the echo effect was pretty clutch on this Proreck system. I was also the DJ for the night, I played for about 3 hours, & they were great. I was impressed to say the least, the only thing is I probably would've been more satisfied if I had an extra speaker because I felt at times that they weren't loud enough because of the sheer size of the Venue & the amount of people. However I didn't get any complaints. I really wished I had videos from the actual set that I did, however I was a 1 man team that day. So I'm sorry in advance since I do to understand these Proreck systems have a limited quantity of online promotion. Conclusion This system is great if you are not trying to break the bank. It is truly spectacular for the value. Note: • If you plan on only doing small-medium sized Venues with these alone, it is honestly perfect. • I would definitely keep the subwoofer CARDBOARD boxes that they come in as they are great for transporting purposes. • Assembling & disassembly is very easy and straightforward. • The entire system is easy to transport, it's not heavy

Amazing customer service
Received the proreck club aef PA system today. I am very happy with the system its quite loud and clear and has a lot of adjustability to the sound Profile. One of the speakers in the array did not function properly out of the box, It was buzzing and crackling, so I emailed the company to inquire about a return. They responded within 5 minutes, got a little information from me and sent me a replacement speaker. All within 20 minutes. Ablsolutely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. This company is professional and stands behind a quality and affordable product.

Absolutely ideal budget PA
Look, I know. I coulda gone with a more popular brand name. I didn't though, and I'm not mad. Perfect system for karaoke, small parties, or small venues. When I first set it up, I noted a problem with a couple of the array speakers, but Proreck handled business and took care of it. This PA is now semi-permanently set up in my living room to facilitate on-demand karaoke for family and friends. It disassembles fairly easily, which is great because we run a couple of private karaoke gigs for local businesses. Very pleased for less than $700!
