This works, though I'm sure your mileage may vary. The taste of cascara bark is the most awful bitter you'll ever willingly consume. The best way to take for me is to down it while holding my nose, then chase it immediately with cocoa. Something about the chocolate works like nothing else to eliminate the flavor. I drink every night before bed when constipated.
