3 setting of temperatures:low, medium, high 3 setting of hardness: low, medium, high Pressure setting: default ExtractionTimer setting: not possible!! Water extraction volume: great. My setting #1 is: 9 gram " Sensation Ethiopian coffee medium roast" creating 28 gram coffee soup. Adding further 52 gram frothed milk and half tea spoon sugar. Temperature was at highst setting. Used coffee Temper(gentle push) and puck screen( causing 9 gram of coffee in basket). Mind blowing taste. All the flavour were balanced. Everyone liked it. I used " Sensation Colombian coffee medium roast" But does not liked it. My setting #2 is: Use bottomless portafilter. Put 12 gram ground powder and squeeze 28 gram ( in 15 second its okay no worries) . The coffee powder was in ratio of 3:1 mixture of Ethiopian coffee ( natural washed, less acidic// less sour// less fruity) 3 part with Lavazza espresso ( strength 6/10) 1 part. Add 70 ml cow milk. Better than Davidoff!!!!! Setting 3( The best)# 14 gram in 18 gram out in 40 to 50 second. Do fine grinding of Ethiopia Yirgacheffe coffee. The taste is nutty and delicious with 75 ml milk and 5 gram sugar. Being in Dubai you can buy Ethiopian coffee from Falcon roaster. Enjoy your Dedica coffee everyday.

Was working well but it stopped working in less than 6 months of usage. Steamer worker but the coffee machine doesn’t work any more.

Been using this machine since end of march, I wanted to wait a few months to see how it works out, 1. Machine does not work on fine powder, the hot water accumulates on-top of the coffee powder and does not sink through. It creates a very low sound indicating that it’s not working. 2. The milk frother wand is either loud or low, most times it’s pretty loud and sometimes it’s low but it works well. Over all, the machine is just fine, suitable for any home use

It makes great coffees but you need few things with it. 51mm portafilter bottomless 51mm puck screen Small coffee grinder from the same brand this makes world of a difference Coffee needle 2 Cup warmer 1 frother the one with the machine takes time to start after making espresso

The instructions were easy to follow. I had a GAGGIA which I used for a few years but found it was impossible to get repaired in the UAE. The dealer changed and the new dealer wants me to buy a new one! So, I told them that if they cannot repair it why should I buy the same brand again?

The Coffee Machine is fantastic it make a great coffee, it comes with 51mm basket filter, and with three pressurized filter 1/2 scoop, 1 scoop and 2 scoops for ready coffee that you can buy from markets, 1 plastic tamper with scoop, 1 cleaning water box. Really pleased with this. I bought it for my husband at Christmas. He's always loved his cafetiere and said he would not be interested in a machine. Thought I'd risk it as I like a latte! Husband loves it. He cannot get over how much nicer it makes his same brand ground coffee taste, compared to the cafetiere.
