Delivered safe and quickly. Heats up easily but im afraid it damages my hair so i might use it with a heat protector

It kept pulling my hair out
My hair is slightly wavy and on the drier side. I tried to do curls with this they lasted well but it kept pulling my hair out literally with every stroke. That was really annoying cause I’m losing a lot of hair anyway. I felt the plates were not symmetrical and had to be pushed down with hands to hold the hair more strongly.

Horrible device
I’m so disappointed, it is so expensive and the worst straightener I’ve ever used. It doesn’t close evenly, it makes the worst noise as if it will explode, it takes too much time to heat more than what’s written, the hair get stuck in it each time I pass it, worst grab. Don’t waist ur money!
