I bought this battery for my e6510 laptop awhile ago and it’s been a solid performer. Wife has same laptop and her battery finally started showing it’s age. So since mine worked out so well and since I use mine quite heavily and it held up, it was a no brained to order the same battery again. These are excellent replacements for our Dell E6510’s and I’m sure they fit others as well. Good performance, great price and an excellent value shipped quick!

Arrived in three or four days, easy to install. Battery was charged to 73% and directions say to discharge to 2% before first charge. I didn't read the directions before charging. After fully charging I ran the battery down to 25% which took around 1hour and 45 minutes. It took around 20-25 minutes to charge back up to 100%. It is as good as the battery that came with the laptop originally and I'm very satisfied at this point. Time will tell if that lasts.

I bought this as a backup battery for my laptop. I rarely use the laptop and when i store it in my computer bag i remove the batteries first and the bag is hung from a hook on the wall so i've ruled out anything other than just a defective battery. I charged it up to full capacity once. It sort of travelled with me maybe 4-5 times but wasn't used because I have a high capacity battery as my main one. Well it just so happened that I needed it and i plugged it into my laptop and about an hour later my yellow battery light was flashing and it no longer takes a charge. I don't know how this happens but i wish i wouldnt have spent money on it. I don't know if maybe it got really hot in shipping(i'm in AZ) and maybe that caused a defect or if it came like it from its manufacturer but either way...not thrilled

It's a battery for a laptop that no one makes batteries for anymore...you know the story from here. Most are just "refurbished"(whatever that means) and get nowhere near the original battery's capacity. If you've got an older laptop and still want some portability, buy a couple of these.

The laptop motherboard ended up being the issue, so I returned this. I had to pay to return it.... Not cool
