Bag is Worthless w/o Working Combination Lock

Bought this as my first notary bag, saw the reviews and searched high and low only to find this was the only bag with an embedded combination lock. I followed the instructions on the tag and on the product description page to set my combination and now it will not work. It will not open and it will not reset. I am well past the return window and and frustrated I wasted money on this. The only reason I purchased was due to the lock and now I can’t even get it to work. I DO NOT recommend!

After setting the lock the combination jammed after the first unlock. Had to cut open the bag to get items out of the case.
