I use it a lot, mainly for roots, like carrots, ginger, turmeric also good for apples and hard fruits. Add orange juice for great taste but that will require another kind of juicer. It takes time to clean, but definitely worth it. It's also very quick and powerful.

Got damage within a month only.
I bought it last month on December 19 , 2025 as birthday gift for myself . Today while I’m using it , it blasted and fire came out from body. Luckily I able turn off the main switch. Please advise how to reach the customer service for this?

2 big carrots, 2 big Beetroots and 2 of celery, the garbage collector bin was almost full. It did the job fast working good. Note* it doesn't come woth juice collector. 10/10 lovely.

Only for light use
Small in size. Machine can not take hard fruits and vegetables like beetroot and carrot. Only useful for soft apples. Only for light usage.
