Not only do you receive a jump rope, but you also receive a drawstring bag to put it in (which is necessary to avoiding a tangled mess). The things I really like and stood out to me about this product was it's weight, the handles, and the rope itself. Compared to the lighter speed ropes my gym has to offer, it feels a lot more comfortable. The handles have a nice grip, design, and weigh enough to know it's in your hand, but not enough to be too heavy to tire out your arms before your legs. Also, the rope has a nice thickness to it so it doesn't tangle easily. Overall, it functions great as a speed rope (the bearings spin and are adjusted with ease), but with a little more heft to it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This jump rope is AWESOME. If I did not know better, I would assume that this rope would be 2-3x the cost easily. The rope itself has a good weight to it while not being TOO heavy, which is nice. It is not as light as say a speed rope, but not so heavy that it effects your double unders. The bearings in the handles are super smooth, making the rotations effortless. The handles themselves feel solid and have multiple hand positions built in. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is that during high intensity sessions, the lock screws work themselves loose sometimes causing the rope to fly out of the handle. Wrapped some tape the cable just above the lock screw, and that keeps it from falling apart. I know that might sound like a major problem, but it's really a simple fix, and definitely worth it to keep using this rope. If offers a perfect balance between a true speed rope and a standard rope.
