I'm recommending this to every mom to be! I love using it, and my midwife said it's everything they would recommend in a sitz bath, but this is in a comfortable, lovely smelling spray.

This spray is really awesome if you've just had a baby, it helps you heal faster, but you don't have to sit in a messy tub for fifteen minutes, just spray and go. Which after having a baby is vital, who has time to sit for 15 minutes?
