Broken and missing parts
It came assembled in a cling wrap (probably coz it was a returned item) and one of the clips was broken! Not happy with it at all and now I can't return it!!

Gate missing
I just opened the crate to prepare my dog for travel and there is no gate in the kit. Very disappointed

Check them upon delivery
3rd crate of the same size, after my 2nd one was delivered with a crack at the bottom. It was discovered only a week before i my cats are due to be relocated. Passed the exchange period. 3rd crate ordered. Missing water bowl. Good product but do check thoroughly once u receive your orders.
