My boyfriend was about to travel overseas for work and we had a ton of family in for the holidays. We definitely needed to make sure his immune system was strong so we ordered some of these. Ingredients are nice and sugar content isn’t too high like others. Smell is nice and seems to be effective. Took off one star because the taste is a little rough and we had to chug them
