I have no problem with the flavor of the coffee, but the box came opened per the picture below. The bags inside also appear to have been played with, because they are scrunched up. Doesn't give me confidence in the seller. Too bad. Generally, as a Seattleite, I love Amazon, but I suspect they made a bad deal with a seller here and need to stop allowing this seller to use their platform. Maybe all this HQ2 talk is distracting Amazon from doing their work of providing us customers a great experience and a quality, SEALED product.

EXPIRED
I received this item about 1-2 weeks ago and found out it has been expired since 6/15/22. Almost after a month of purchase. AND this item is not eligible for return. DO NOT BUY

The box was shipped from the office depot and with an invoice to me directly. Also it will expire in 2 months.

bags are not 2.5pds
The description is misleading. I don't drink coffee so I just thought is was a great deal for 18 2.5pd bags. The bags are 2.5oz.

Less than 2 weeks of shelf life until expiration. Not eligible for returns.
Received this today. To my dismay, the coffee expires in 12 days. Tried to return, was told this product isn't eligible for a return. Avoid at all cost.
