Best rice cooker in the market so far for me. Thanks to amazon.
Best rice cooking in the market in the budget. Why does it have to cook so perfect when it comes to rice. With a non stick and thickness of the pan you’ll be out of trouble for burned rice. Easy to clean. Would recommend it for family of four with tight schedule, super fast cooking would cut time in preparing meals.

Good and Quality product
Good quality product. This rice cooker have a nonstick pot. Easy to clean. We use this cooker to make Biriyani. Gets perfectly cooked. Using this for 7 months. No complaints yet.

Excellent Finish
The rice cooker was well packed and is looking great and verily expected. Finish is excellent and switch is working nicely. Will write more about this after a month of use. But definitely the product is good but little bit expensive. Needs price revision.

Very good quality product. The rice cooker is actually 3 Litres and not 5.5 litres as mentioned in the product description.

Terrible after sell service
In a matter of 1.5 months, the water collector cracked out of heat...I contacted Cuckoo India for a replacement and they demanded ₹1000 for replacing the water collector providing a breakdown as "Rs 500 is the part & Rs 500 is courier charges"...Ohh and also they are claiming that this is a physical damange... I am not sure how they concluded that but yeah, terrible terrible customer service...Although by God's grace the cooker is working well so far...Update:A few days back, I was reached out by one of the managers of customer service of Cuckoo India and a replacement of the broken part was mailed to me free of any charge.Anyways, the product is working well so far.
