great, came as it looks, for the price it was I think its good. fit well, but for someone that big wrists, you might need something a bit bigger.

Personalized Heart Bracelet by Ashleymade. 3ps. Stainless Steel. 2023-12-17 Update... So Ashleymade, responded to me and immediately agreed to send me the replacement I requested. They did note that it would take 5 days for the custom engraving and about 10 days to ship, which would put it past Christmas which is a bit of a bummer, but there's not much we can do about that. I am glad that they responded quickly (within 24 hours) and that they're willing to stand behind their product. Giving Ashleymade the benefit of the doubt (that I just received a lemon the first time around), I'm bumping my rating to a passing grade (3 stars). Adding one for Customer service (their quick response and for standing behind their product), 4 stars overall. I think it's important to note that Customer Service and the after sales experience (i.e. warranty) is indirectly related to the consumer buying experience. Being able to get support quickly and effectively with a solution is just as an important a factor with the purchase decision, hence my reasoning for the additional star. An item like this friendship bracelet will be worn often, and some may even not remove it because of what it represents. But this will NOT merit any extra leeway when assessing durability. The items should be designed with that in mind. If it doesn't stand up to the test of time, I'll update this review again. *** 2023-12-15 ORIGINAL REVIEW *** Such a great concept! I love the ability to personalize each bracelet. This set of three is ideal for a couple of your closest friends or siblings. I was also able to find a 4pcs set that can also be personalized, but I didn't check to see whether or not it is the same vendor. Unfortunately, the bracelet is quite thin and easy to break/snap. I was excited to get this before Christmas, but after taking them out to verify the custom engraving, I realized one of them is broken, the chain link doesn't appear to be tampered with, so I'm not sure what happened, but it's definitely two separate pieces that CAN'T be attached together (see pics.) Since the item is customizable, it's sold and shipped from the seller (only advertised on Amazon), so there's no ability to process a refund/exchange from Amazon. I've reached out to Ashleymade via Amazon chat, requesting a replacement, but we'll have to see how that goes. For now, I can't possibly recommend something that came broken. I'll update this review once I hear back from the Seller.

I ordered these bracelets for my daughter and her 2 best friends and they love them she has not taken it off once. The quality is nice and also very pretty especially with their names on it

Unfortunately you get what you pay for with these bracelets. Got 3 of them for my two best friends and myself and 2 broke same day and the other 3 days later :( was super bummed.

Shiny and pretty, came individually in tiny zip bags. The set came with one small drawstring pouch and a polishing cloth. Got them as graduation gifts for my friends, and they loved it! The customization makes the bracelets feel extra special and personal. The length was too long for our wrists, but it was easy to shorten them with some scissors and pliers.

I loved them they were so cute for me and my two best friends but mine broke like the first or second day i wore it :(

Nothing to dislike. I absolutely love it. My daughter and her best friends love them too! Engraving was cute and names spelled right. Arrived early but just in time for Valentines which is amazing!!! Wish I could upload the pics but not sure how. I recommend 10/10 !!
