Once you buy this you’ll never go back. Absolutely love the taste of this hot chocolate. So sweet but in the most perfect way.

Simply Delicious!
This was delivered a day later than stated. Amazon logistics need an overhaul if couriers can't meet stated delivery. The hot chocolate is delicious. I'm figuring how how much I need for my velvetiser. I'd definitely get this again.

Lovely tasting
Lovely tasting but 8 teaspoons doesn't do the trick, used almost half bag for 500mls of milk

Disappointing, I wished it tasted better
Sadly I didn’t really like the taste of Knoops. It may be my method, perhaps I need to use more spoonfuls than suggested. I use hot milk and was hoping for something luxurious but ended up with hot milk with a hint of chocolate. For the price vs taste I will not be buying again.

Exceptional quality
My son loves this shop but it's great to see I can mail it to him too. This is top drawer quality like no other hot chocolate

Disappointing
Very disappointing... I found the tub really hard to open, and once inside there was just one block of chocolate flakes solidified in a small plastic bag. I had to crumble all the flakes away by hand and was left with a sad mound that barely filled half the tub. Given the recommended amount needed per serving I don't imagine I'll get more than 2/3 mugs out of it. Definitely not good value for money and I'll be returning to Hotel Chocolat for future purchases. (To be fair, it does taste good though - hence the 2 stars)
