Item as described, though having trouble wiring the output jack...could somebody help with which wires got to where? Came withe one red and the white grouped together and the other red separate...wired the red and white to the output jack and the other red to earth as I thought this would be the correct configuration, but have no sound output...what am I doing wrong. I built the body myself from a 200 year old bar top from an old pub and used a 2003 Squier neck. Although there is no electric output, the resonance through the body is awesome. I did slightly modify the body which required slight modification of the pickguard as the photo depicts. Just need some help with the electric set up now.

Really decent set-up. Aesthetically pleasing and the pickups sound great. However, don't expect to be able it fit this straight onto your Strat; some shoe-horning will be required. The holes in the pickguard won't line up with the existing holes in the body, so you'll need to pilot new ones. I also found the two screws on the humbucker too long for the pickguard to sit flat on the body, therefore I had to take these down slightly. Three wires will also need soldering. That said, this is a great looking, pre-wired unit at a fair price & a nice little weekend project if you want to breathe some new life into a tired old Strat.

Cant believe the value for money. The wiring / soldering is very professionally done and other suppliers could take note of this professional approach to marketing their products. The sound and output levels are great also.

Item was badly scratched

This looks the part fitted to my black Hohner ST Special and sounds good - big improvement on the original pickups. The quality is fairly good but one odd thing is that the plastic film which protects the scratch plate in shipment is fitted in such a way that it's really hard to get it to come away cleanly (since the knobs, potentiometers and screws are all fitted over the top of it), so it's a bit difficult to fit and takes a bit of fiddling about. I also had to file mine a bit to get it to fit around the neck, and as others have noted had to re-drill many of the holes that secure it to the guitar body. Comes with three wires soldered on and no instructions as to what goes where - weirdly the red ones are ground (one to the output jack and one to the bridge common) and white is signal. All in all a very worthwhile upgrade to a cheap guitar but a bit of work required to get it to fit well.

No doubt this 8s a good value item, but, unfortunately, mine was badly scratches and I had to return 8t without fitting.

Was skeptic but believe me, it sounds amazing! The silver parts are super cheap tho, consider to buy something to replace the pickup covers, they’re horrible

Pickguard vite changé, car les vis fournies sont blanches... Question de goût. Démontage remontage faciles, soudures (3) pas bien compliquées, branchement et ...miracle, le son attendu est bien là ! N'hésitez pas à virer les micros d'origine Squier🥴 Le humbucker est jouissif😉 J'ai reçu le colis très bien emballé, dans les délais annoncés. Je suis très satisfait de mon achat... À voir dans le temps

Die Pickups und Poti in der Farbe Silber fühlen sich sehr billig an und die Töne sind ok. Kein Rauschen. Für den Preis kann die Gitarre günstig aufgerüstet werden und schick sieht es aus. Die Löcher passen nicht zu 100% aber eine kleine Bohrung und mit Schraubenzieher nachziehen, wird jeder schon hinbekommen.

il Seymour Duncan della mia cara e vecchia Glass Master è morto (anche i single coil erano abbastanza spompi) così ho deciso di montare l'oggetto in questione e devo dire che sono strabiliato! Mai avrei immaginato di avere una qualità simile ad un prezzo così ridicolo, sono letteralmente senza parole! I 2 single coil sui suoni puliti sono fantastici, suonano proprio bene, grintosi e graffianti, con tanto attacco e molta dinamica, belli squillanti in tipico stile stratocaster, molto bene anche sui distorti, soprattutto quello al manico ha proprio un bel timbro, scuro e cicciotto. L'humbucker è grintoso al punto giusto, sicuramente non è da metal, ma se amate la distorsione calda e morbida alla Knopfler questo è il pickup giusto! Una cosa che mi piace proprio tanto di questo humbucker è che è molto equilibrato, si sposa bene coi single coil, non si avverte quella differenza di volume che spesso è molto marcata quando si passa dall'humbucker al single coil, qui al contrario c'è molto equilibrio, e infatti in posizione 2 (ponte + centrale) restituisce un suono "stratocaster" molto bello e credibile nonostante l'humbucker non sia splittabile! Una cosa che invece non mi convince è la posizione 4, i 2 single coil insieme non mi piacciono proprio per niente, non assomigliano nemmeno lontanamente alla posizione 4 delle mie Fender! In conclusione direi che ho fatto un ottimo affare. P.S. Attenzione in fase di cablaggio, il filo bianco è il positivo che deve andare all'uscita + del jack, mentre i 2 fili rossi sono le masse, che andranno uno sul negativo del jack e l'altro a scaricare sul ponte o sulle viti delle molle...
