Arthritic pain dosn't necessarily win the battle.
I have been taking it for 9 days: about day 5 I noticed reduced pain in my shoulder and I could once again sleep with out pain. on day 9 I can share with you I have overall less pain. the hiip pain my doctor said would never go away is greatly reduced and I have more spring in my step. being 75 does not hurt any more. I am taking 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules at night. After a couple of weeks more, I am thinking I will back it off to 2 capsules per day amd see how that workes.

Works wonderfully
Bought these first last year, due to over use of my knees and the tendions above them. This has worked like a miracle. I took and still take them daily. Relieves the inflammation. Better than taking insaids daily.
