You would want to put it on the night before you go somewhere and shower the next morning. I usually like to put it on at least 2 times a week during the summer time. Use regular body lotion every day helps keep it looking good also. **Q: Can i apply with Avon anew skin cream** A: You don't want to use any lotion right before or after applying a sunless tanner. Best is freshly washed and shaved/exfoliated. Then you need to wait the alloted time for developing of color. I do overnight. This one has an additional bronzer in it so its like make up and washes off. So wait til you shower next to apply your regular lotion. If not you risk being very streaky or discoloration.
