Q: how is this powerd do i need to run a seprate bit off twin and eath to the consumer unit and instal a rcbo ?

You use an appropriately sized mains cable,twin and Earth. Earth is essential for safety reasons. If the supply is not via an rcb I’d recommend fitting one. Note that the connection is via spade terminals so you will need two of these.

Will depend on pipe run lengths and position of heater in relation to 1st take off, suggest fit on always better to have than not have

Q: Can this unit connect to a normal mixer tap?
