omg! its been 2 years now, ive been wasting money, time and ofcourse frequently screwing up my digestive system in a quest to find one supplement that will improve my weakening ligaments/tendon/energy/hair and just general well being (the reason is i stopped drinking milk, yogurt and needed to replace that nurtition, for me none of the other vegan alternatives worked). this is it!!
