This product I'd good for constipation but cause alot of pain if you suffering from endometriosis.

The item arrived early then expected. But it arrived hot as it was in the car. I threw it out. Probiotics shouldn't be left in the sun as it will kill the bacteria in the pill. Truly disappointing!!! Bought this product for my daughter in the hot of cleansing her gut and clearing up her acne problem

It gets the job done. Very comfortable to the stomach. No hard cramps. Just make sure to drink lots of water and take it everyday preferably at the same time. I drink it about 7pm.

It's in capsule form, so it's easy to swallow. I think taking Probiotics is important for my digestion. Unlike some Probiotics, it's easy on My stomach.
