My new favorite tool
I'm not even a welder. I was making great aluminum welds with this unit within an hour and I've never used a spool gun in my life. The onboard computer makes it easy to get the settings in spec, then you can dial them in to fine-tune. I can't speak to the TIG, as this unit doesn't have it, only the spool gun. Great unit!

I am a novice welder and after a short learning curve - I have made quick work of several BBQ, fire pits, log racks & other projects. Set up on this machine is so simple -- machine is compact and easy to use -- great quality for the price

Quality machine.
Quality machine. Just wish the plugins were longer. Only 6' long and the electrode line is not much longer. I think it is 9' long. Stick welds nice.

It’s been the perfect fit for my garage at home
It’s been the perfect fit for my garage at home.I’ve been welding for 39 years I can’t be more happier with it. I been using it to teach my son how to weld even though he’s in construction management he loves to tinker in the garage on his car. He’s really getting into the fabrication.
