What is length and width of each cube?

The L one is 14" L x 10" W x 3" thick before compression.The S one is 10" L x 7 " W x 3" thick before compression.In one Half or my opened Delsey Carry-on, I can fit 1 L one and 2 small ones. Fits perfectly.The Eagle Creek Shirt one is 17" L x 12" W and fits on top of that one Half.

How much weight can does it allow to carry?

These are made of lightweight silnylon ripstop, which is very durable and very strong, but the weak point would be the seams. They are packing cubes, not meant to be carried like a tote for any distance. I stuffed mine "to the gills" with clothing and they did fine - I love them! I just put about a 4 pound bag of sugar in one and it was fine, but they are not made for carrying heavy items - they are for reducing volume, not weight as they are zipper compression bags. Hope this helps!

Do they wrinkle the clothes?

I roll my clothes and then use the packing cubes. They are no more wrinkled than they would be just rolling them.
