Bob's Red Mill Golden Masa Harina Corn Flour, 24 Oz.

I read in a recipe that they use this masa for their corn tortillas, I see why! Very nice consistency, makes the perfect corn tortilla. Very happy with purchase. Will be purchasing again and again.

I used it to make soft tortillas , it worked great and the taste was good too. I definitely recommend this.

If you buy corn flour in supermarkets in Abu Dhabi, chances are it’s corn starch. This is proper corn flour that you can find in the US or elsewhere. It’s yellow as it should be, not white like corn starch.

It is fine, don’t expect exact as a Mexican one, but is fine

This flour has the right texture, perfect mixing characteristics and tastes delicious. Love it! Mix with water and a little salt to the consistency of soft playdoh. Let it sit for 15 minutes, grab a ball and put it in the tortilla press, grill immediately. Yum.

Packaging is very good, seals up as should and should help with the shelf life. The flour quality seems impeccable. Color is good and smells like it should. These mixed really well with my sour dough starter and we had some of the most amazing home made tortillas I've ever made! Will definitely be making them again and using this again.

家で本格タコスをするために購入。以前小麦粉でフラワートルティーヤを作りましたが、コーンなので色も黄色、味もコーンの甘さと香ばしさがありました！ちょっととんがりコーンも思い出す味(笑)
